Abstract Submission deadline: May 22nd for short talk, June 5th for posters
-Short talks are due to last 10 min followed by 5 min questions.
-Please, note that Mac and PC computers with Powerpoint and Keynote are available to you in our auditorium.
-To facilitate transitions between speakers, please, have your presentation ready on a memory stick to hand in to our auditorium’s technician before the start of your session.
-Stands can fit posters up to 120 cm high / 90 cm large (AO size) in a portrait format.
-Poster session is due to take place during lunch break (12:00 to 14:00), afternoon break (16:00 to 16:30) and evening break (17:45 to 19:00).
-Only online submissions are accepted
-Only registered participants are eligible to submit an abstract
-Please, submit your abstract using the same account used to register
-Only 1 abstract submission possible whether it is for short talk or poster. When submitting, apply for oral presentation or poster.
-Selection will be made for short talks. Participants will be informed of the selection, by email, around June 1st. Participants not accepted for short talk shall present a poster instead.
-Abstract length is limited to 3 500 characters spaces included (ca. 470 words) and has to be written in English
